Lunch with our Chef

Melvin invited us to his parents house for a meal prepared by him a couple of weeks ago. He was trained as a chef and spent several months in Italy as part of his training.

President and Sister Ramkisoon and Brother Jack heading down the hill to the Jack's home. It is a steep long hill and it was difficult to get pictures to do it justice. We usually have to stop a few times on the way up to catch our breath.


You can see Jemma and Melvin in the picture on the right about half way down the hill.

The meal was awesome! It was fish with a wonderful dressing on the salad and an awesome sauce on the fish. Melvin definitely qualifies as a chef extraordinaire.
